How to set up your account
Welcome to our platform! This guide walks you through the initial setup process so you can start using all the features available to you.
Step 1: Verify your email
After signing up, check your inbox for a verification email. Click the confirmation link to activate your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or request a new one from the login page.
Step 2: Complete your profile
Navigate to Settings > Profile and fill in your organization name, timezone, and preferred language. These settings affect how dates and notifications appear throughout the platform.
Step 3: Invite your team
Go to Settings > Team Members to add collaborators. You can assign roles:
- Admin — Full access to all settings and billing
- Agent — Can handle tickets and view reports
- Viewer — Read-only access to dashboards
Step 4: Connect your channels
Integrate your support email, social media accounts, and messaging apps from the Channels page. Each channel can be routed to specific groups for automatic assignment.
