  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Applicability: Exchanges are applicable to products that are the wrong size, color, or variant. For defective or damaged items, please refer to our Returns Policy.
  • Availability: Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, customers may be offered an alternative or a full refund.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product, including packaging and shipping.
  • Ship Back the Product: Use the provided shipping label to return the item to our warehouse. Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement product at no additional shipping cost.

  • Expedited Service: As a benefit to our loyalty program members, we offer expedited exchange services.
  • Nominal Fee: A minimal fee may be applied for expedited shipping to ensure rapid processing and delivery.
  • Process: Members can contact customer support to opt for this service and receive prioritized assistance.

Additional Considerations


Custom Products: Personalized and custom-made items are usually not eligible for exchange unless defective.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts may be subject to specific exchange conditions, provided at the time of purchase.
